Fee Exceptions
- US citizens are exempt from paying the Japanese student visa fee for their visa application. Fees vary by nationality and students with citizenship from other countries should anticipate visa fees ranging from approx. $8 to $55 USD.

If for any reason you withdraw before or during the course of the program, CU Boulder Education Abroad must be notified in writing. You are responsible for the corresponding withdrawal fee based on the date of your withdrawal. Any fees paid directly to your host university, such as housing payments or additional course fees, are not included in the withdrawal fee schedule and may or may not be refunded by your host university.
