Round-trip travel to visa appointment & program site, remaining meals, visa fees, passport fees, local transportation, books and personal expenses. NOTE: The cost estimates do not include personal travel.
Fee Exceptions
- For students choosing options other than what is included in the base program fee (i.e. IAU Early Start Program, courses with supplemental fees, etc.), your CU Boulder account will be charged. The appropriate adjustment will be applied to your account upon receipt of notification from IAU.
- Estimated meal costs may vary depending on housing selection.

If for any reason you withdraw before or during the course of the program, CU Boulder Education Abroad and IAU must be notified in writing. You are responsible for the corresponding withdrawal fee based on the date of your withdrawal. Any fees paid directly to IAU, such as housing deposits, optional add-ons, or additional fees, are not included in the withdrawal fee schedule and may or may not be refunded by IAU.
